1. Who we are
blocksworth.net and the app “Blocksworth Stats” are run by Roothirsch GmbH, Brockhäger Straße 188, 33330 Gütersloh, Germany (“we”). We also run the Blocksworth channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X: @blocksworthmc) and Mr. Moss Builds (YouTube: @mrmossbuilds). Full details are in the Impressum. 2. The website
The website presents the Blocksworth channel and its build guides. It is free to use and needs no account.
Texts, images, videos and guides are ours unless stated otherwise. You may use the build guides and print their PDFs for personal, non-commercial building. Please do not republish them elsewhere without asking us first. Minecraft block textures are © Mojang and are loaded from Mojang's own servers. Blocksworth is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
3. Build guides
Each guide was tested in Minecraft Java Edition 26.3 when it was published. Game updates, other versions, Bedrock Edition, mods or server settings can change how a build behaves. Make a backup of your world before you build something new in it.
4. The app “Blocksworth Stats”
“Blocksworth Stats” is an internal tool. We use it only with our own TikTok account @blocksworthmc, to read that
account's profile statistics and the list of its own public videos with their counts (TikTok scopes
user.info.basic, user.info.stats and video.list). It cannot post, comment,
like, send messages or change anything on TikTok, and it does not access other users' data. The app is not offered
to the public. How we handle the data is described in the privacy policy. Your use of
TikTok itself is governed by TikTok's terms.
5. No warranty
The website, the guides and the app are provided free of charge and as they are. We do our best to keep them correct and available, but we do not guarantee that they are complete, error-free or always available.
6. Liability
We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where the law makes liability mandatory (for example under the German Product Liability Act). Otherwise we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the free website, guides or app.
7. Links
The website links to other sites, such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X. Their operators are responsible for their content and terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms when the website or the app changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you use the website as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply. Where permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Gütersloh, Germany.
